JIS celebrating World Ozone Day on 16th September 2023


In 1994, the United Nations General Assembly proclaimed 16 September the International Day for the Preservation of the Ozone Layer, commemorating the date of the signing, in 1987, of the Montreal Protocol on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer (resolution 49/114).

On this World Ozone Day, let's unite and stand as guardians of our atmosphere, ensuring a sustainable future for all.

Congratulations to the JIS Student Council, Prof. Manish Pandey and Sohan Lal Sir for the initiative!
